Transfers, incontinence care, bathing assistance, dressing & grooming assistance
Alzheimer’s/Dementia care
Requirements:

1. Northside weekend Live-In assignment: Seeking an experienced Live-In CAREGiver or C.N.A to care for an elderly man in his home. The position is on the northside near Devon & Pulaski, and is on the weekends from Saturday 8am-Monday 8am or Sunday 8am-Tuesday 8am. The duties and responsibilities will include: personal care, ambulation, ability to work in a team setting, ability to work with an Alzheimer’s client, socialization skills, meal planning & preparation, light house cleaning, and a friendly personality. 2. Northside Live-In assignment: Seeking an experienced and skilled Live-In CAREGiver or C.N.A. to care for an elderly man and wife in their home. The position is on the northside near Damen & Addison. The assignment will be split between 2 people, so the Live-In shifts will range from 2-5 days. The husband is 100 and has CHF, is hard of hearing and is bed bound. The wife is 93 and had a stroke, is hard of hearing and has Macular Degeneration. The care is primarily for the husband with some assistance as needed for the wife. Duties and responsibilities will include: bathing, dressing, hygiene, repositioning, meal preparation, light house cleaning and companionship.
