CAREGIVER NEEDED CNA (CAMAS)

Hello. We are looking to interview for a caregiver position at our newly built Adult Family Home in Camas, Wa. We strive for a family atmosphere, although we do not live on the premises. You must love and relate to elderly. You will need to commit to 2-5 overnight shifts a week. Possible live-in for the right caregiver. We are flexible and very concerned about the level of care our elderly receive. You must be compassionate and patient with elderly and children alike. Sorry we are unable to accommodate any animals.
Hard workers will have definite room for career growth. Prefer CNA but can work towards necessary qualifications. MUST pass background check before employment can begin. Require car, valid drivers license and insurance. Must have some experience caring for elderly. Must be able to communicate in english.
We prefer the following certificates:
CNA
Fundamentals of care giving (needed immediately)
Nurse delegation with in 1 month of employment.
Specialty classes i.e.: Diabetes, Dementia, nurse delegation etc.
The following items will be needed immediately:
2 step TB test
Background check
You will need to work well with others with a team work mindset. You must be able to always put others first. Housekeeping and the ability to cook healthy meals is a must. Must be organized and have the ability to balance the best care and keep up on all required paperwork. Some computer skills would be appreciated.
Pay is 1000-2500/ month. Caregivers will have private bedroom space upstairs (all Resident living is on main level). Bathroom just outside your door upstairs next to office, sharing bathroom with other staff and guests is necessary.
