Spring Creek Assisted Living is seeking HEROs to care for our Senior residents.

Currently available shifts:
2pm - 9:30
2pm - 10:30pm
7pm - 2:30 am
10pm - 6:30am
We welcome team members seeking full-time as well as part-time and PRN (as needed) employment. However, please note that the more flexible you are with regard to the shifts you can work, the better chance of employment. At present, we are most in need of afternoon and evening shifts.
The responsibilities for our caregivers include, but are not limited to:
Quality Care
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mouth care, toileting, or other needs in keeping with the individual's care requirements;
• Provide residents with warm and caring attention to encourage each resident's ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being;
• Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of each resident in the delivery of services to them
• Knowledgeable of each resident's care plan and provides support accordingly;
• Communicate and document any observations or information needed in coordination of the care planning process to the appropriate individual(s);
• Complete records documenting care provided in keeping with department policies; Report any changes in resident's condition such as skin breakdown
• Assist with orienting residents and their families upon admission and transfers; Assist or transport residents to appointments, activities, throughout the facility, etc.
• Perform all job responsibilities in accordance with prescribed safety and infection control procedures including thorough hand washing, use of disposable gloves, and proper disposal of soiled materials
Company and Interdepartmental -- Resident Rights and Workplace Safety
• Understand and support all aspects of residents rights, including the right to be free of restraints and free of abuse, through all interactions required to carry out your duties
• Promptly report any evidence of resident abuse or violation of residents rights to the appropriate person
• Support an atmosphere which promotes a homelike environment
• Carries out delegated workplace safety activities and adheres to all company policies and practices regarding safety in the workplace
Hospitality/Guest Service Responsibility
• Listen to a wide range of customer concerns and concerns to maintain a high level of hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Participate in facility activities as required to ensure resident quality care and customer service
CPR, First Aide, Assistance with Medication certifications required. Fingerprinting, background check, drug screen required. Verifiable work references and non-relative personal references are manditory to be considered and will be checked.
