CMA/CNA needed (Anchorage)

The below CMA/CNA position is not somewhere you want to waste your time. This office is ran by a monkey - the office manager. Girls are getting let go there left and right because they go to the doctor with what the office manager is doing and she throws them under the bus. There has been 5 people gone through in the last 6 months to a year.
The medical benefits they speak so highly of is a 5000 deductible and you pay every visit before that
The retirement plan is non existent until you have been there from January to January and it is not a retirement but a savings with a higher percentage.
I am not trying to just bash on this place because the doctors are good doctors for their patients but employee wise it sucks. Everyone in the office right now is looking for jobs therefor if you start you will be completely overwhelmed with all of the additional tasks the office manager should take on but is too lazy to do so. She does nothing but take smoke breaks, long lunches and facebooks while the office is falling apart.
Not only does it suck it is also being investigated by the labor board and unemployment for the office managers unmoral activities.
I thought I could help out and actually help this place run correctly but just like everyone else who had tried before hand - I failed.
