CNA- with 12 years experience (Des Moines)

HI...my name is Gina, I have been a CNA for 3 years now and have been doing private care for 9 years. I have worked with many temp agencies, besides my private home care. I have also worked at a major hospital on the dialysis floor which also dealt with surgeries, burns, diabetes and transplants. I have worked with the elderly and with the young. I am versed in many abilities dealing with feeding tubes to drainage bags. My approach is a simple one...empathy and humanity (the acts of love, altruism, and social intelligence) .
There is nothing beneath me because I believe all people deserve the best care in their times of need.
I am 42 years old and my child is an adult so I am very flexible with my time schedule. I am working right now but looking to get back to what I do best....helping others!
