We are hiring for our "Direct Support Provider III" position, similar to a PCA or CNA position. This position involves working with a young man with cerebral palsy in his home, performing activities of daily living. A significant amount of time is also spent working on set skills, such as communication, while participating in community and recreational activities . We are looking for an experienced, responsible, caring and dedicated individual to join our team.
There are currently 2 shift available: Monday-Friday: 2:45pm-8:45pm and a weekend shift: Saturday 8:00am - 8:00pm & Sunday 8:00am - 4:00pm
These positions will begin December 1st and there will be more shifts available in January.
Requirements:
-Must have 2 YEARS experience in Caregiving/PCA/CNA/Direct Care work
-Must have a valid driver's license
-Must be able to pass a backround check
-Must have a neative TB test
-Must be capable of obtaining CPR & First Aid Certification
