My name is Ra'Shell O'Brien. I would like to be considered for this any position available . When you walk into most nursing homes or a home setting you will find that one person who goes above and beyond for their residents. Some one who cares more about the residents needs and wants than just another source of income . I believe that I am that person . I am very caring ,giving and reliable . In my eyes my residents come first , as I have always said "we are being paid for a service , why not give the best service available ". For me life is about doing what you can and when you can to help someone out. Its nice to walk into a residents room say hello and they smile ear to ear .
