Our agency currently has several job opportunities for experienced CNAs and Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one
personal care as well as Caregivers to provide companion services to clients in their private homes or Assisted Living Communities in Hillsborough County.
Based on a care plan developed by an RN, you will be responsible for providing the following services to our clients:
ROM exercises (CNA/HHA)
Light housekeeping services as necessary.
Meal Preparation and assist in feeding clients
Personal Care and Assistance with ADLs (CNA/HHA)
Client transfers (CNA/HHA)
Participate in in-service trainings
Maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment for clients
Monitors, reports and discusses any client changes with Nursing Supervisor
Document service provided
Qualified CNA/HHA candidates MUST have a valid HHA training certificate or CNA license from a public vocational technical school
or a licensed private career education school certified by the Florida Department of Education. Patient Care Techs also qualified.
All candidates (Companion/CNA/HHA) must have:
• HIV/AIDS initial course evidence
• Alzheimer’s Training (2hrs)
• CPR current certification
• Reliable transportation
• A positive attitude with great communication, both verbal and written
