Avamere Crestview of Portland is looking for full time and part time Certified Nursing Assistants who are clinically driven and self motivated for this beautiful skilled nursing facility. The qualified candidate must be a Licensed CNA in the State of Oregon, please include license number on application and or resume.
As an Avamere CNA you will provide quality and supportive care to assigned patients in this skilled nursing facility, according to the established plan of care under the instruction and supervision of a registered nurse. The CNA follows the treatment plan that was designed to meet the needs and abilities of each resident/patient; this includes assisting with meals and nourishments, transferring using proper body mechanics and appropriate assistive devices, ambulation, bathing, toileting and dressing and grooming.
