Essential Functions
•Provide various personal care and related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care
•Provide for the personal needs and comfort of clients in their homes
•Perform personal care activities that assist with activities of daily living, including: personal hygiene (assisting with toileting, bedpan, bathing, care of the mouth, skin and hair), ambulation, eating, dressing, grooming, shaving
•Prepare meals and snacks
•Perform patient specific activities
•Perform homemaking activities: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, doing dishes, changing linens, doing laundry, cleaning
•Perform errands and transportation

Job Requirements
•State licensure as a CNA or experience as an HHA
•Legal work status in the US
•Drug free
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Experience with in home care
•Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
•Valid driver's license
•Safe, reliable & insured transportation
•Residence in St. Charles, Lincoln or Warren counties
