DUTIES
We currently have Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant opportunities available for Afternoon Shift (2:30 pm -- 10:30 pm) working with sub-acute, short-term rehabilitation patients. You will be responsible for providing nursing care such as dressing, bathing, feeding and transferring. Documentation of ADL's, vital signs and weights is also required. Glacier Hills provides fixed two week schedules working every other weekend and every other holiday, as well as great patient ratios! QUALIFICATIONS
Current State of Michigan Certified Nurse Assistant Certification required.
Previous experience in sub-acute rehab or long term care is preferred!
Must possess a special interest in, and a positive attitude about working with older adults.
High School Diploma or GED required.
You must have excellent communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, compassion, be a reliable and dependable team player and be able to prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environment.
Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing 50 pounds or less.
