Essential Job Functions:
- Assists with maintaining client hygiene, grooming, and comfort
- Assists clients with elimination
- Maintains client skin integrity
- Assists with client mobility
- Monitors client vital signs
- Fulfills all essential job functions of a Home Health Aide
- Conforms to basic infection control procedures
- Reports client care activities in accordance with Company policy
- Maintains positive Company relations with clients
- Fulfills mandatory Company in-service educational requirements
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have a High School diploma, or GED
- One year of supervised HHA work experience
- Current First Aid, CPR certification, and TB clearance required
- Must submit to drug screening and criminal background check
- Flexibility in schedule and assignment location is required
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and certified traffic abstract for driving program
- Ability to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills to write routine reports
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 35 pounds and ability to push/pull weight up to 250 pounds
