Looking for a CNA who is highly motivated, customer services oriented, and professional to work for a small clinic. This is actually (2) part time positions that will equal full time employment. You will do both jobs with opportunity to receive a promotion, after 3 months. When you are promoted you can choose which position would prefer to do full time and receive a minimum of $5 per hour increase in pay.
POSITION 1: CNA Independent Living Skills Case Manger
• Assist clients with independent living skills such as keeping appointments, transportation, applying for benefits, healthy living, etc. . .
• 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule. You make your own schedule as long as you see the clients as directed, provide our standards of quality care, and meet the client's needs
• Pays $11/hr with promotion of a minimum of additional $5/hr based on performance, after 3 months of service
• Must have own transportation, car insurance, and valid state driver's license
• If CPR and First aid is not current, agency will reimburse employee for cost of obtaining necessary training.
• Will be reimbursed for cost of criminal background check.
POSITION 2: CNA Office manager
• Duties: data entry, scheduling appointments, providing customer service, performing office functions; preparing for meetings, some billing duties
• Hours: 8:30AM-12:30PM Monday through Friday, closed during most federal holidays.
• Must have good computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred)
• Good Customer Service skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
• Pays $11/hr with promotion of a minimum of $5/hr based on performance, after 3 months of service Location: Baltimore
Compensation: $11/hr with minimum of $5/hr increase after 3 months of service
