REQUIREMENTS: all applicants must have significant professional or personal experience as a caregiver for the elderly, be at least 21 years of age or older, pass a criminal background check and drug screen, and must have very clear written/spoken English. Also, drivers with reliable vehicle and clear motor vehicle record are strongly preferred.
