A little about me....
I have approximately 9 years in health care and have experience with most medical conditions. I have worked with friends of my family at 14, and since then, have had many more clients. In 2009 I decided that the name of a general caregiver was not the title I deserved so I went to school to get my CNA license. I have worked in a facility (Nursing Home and Assisted Living), at home, and at hospitals. My preference is Private Duty where I work at my clients home. I find that my clients are most at ease and comfortable when they are home and surrounded by the environment they are familiar with.
About my services....
I can assist with all ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), Bathing, Feeding, Medication Reminders, Meal Prep, Light Housekeeping, Pet Care, Yard Work, Doctor Appointments, Shopping, Errands, Range of Motions exercises, etc.
Typically, My day lasts about 8 hours, depending on the care needed, But, I am available for longer shifts, if needed. My Ideal schedule would be Monday thru Friday; I am available weekends and holidays. There is no set time I would prefer, each client has their own needs.
More about me....
I am a female, licensed Certified Nurse Assistant in good standing with the Tennessee State Registry- This can be verified on the TN.GOV website.
I am CPR/AED trained.
Negative TB skin test current as of December 2011.
I DO have an excellent resume and references available upon request.
I do have a cell phone and can be reached at all times.
I do have my own vehicle and it is reliable.
I am dependable and show up on days I am scheduled.
