TEAM LEADER FOR CNA'S (LYNNFIELD, MA)

Sunrise Senior Living of Lynnfield - the premier provider of senior services on the North Shore - is looking for exceptional leaders to work as a CNA and to supervise other CNA's in delivering the best care possible to our residents. The "Lead Care Manager" or aid will assist the department head in creating work schedules and daily assignments. They will ensure that all CNA assignments are complete for their shift. The team member will interact positively with residents, family members and the management team and will assist in the development of the individualized service plan. The team member will help promote the quality of our seniors lives in the areas of resident care and safety, dining services, activities, lite housekeeping, and training of other CNA's.
The successful candidate will have previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting and be able to read, write, and speak English clearly. The candidate must be positive, up-beat, and fully able to motivate the front line team. You will be required to be flexible in your schedule as weekend and some holiday work will be required. We have two positions available: one for our 7-3 and one for our 3-11 shift. The successful candidate will have a current CNA certificate and be reliable and resident-centered. Three employment references will need to be provided as part of the hiring process. Drug testing and background check will be performed.
