All Seasons Homecare is seeking experienced live-in caregivers and certified nursing assistants in the Tri-Valley and Contra Costa County. We provide elderly clients with compassionate, caring individuals that deliver non-medical in-home care. We currently have Live-In and Hourly positions Available for Caregivers and CNAs and HHAsWeekdays and weekend shifts
24 hour shifts /2-5 days at a time
Multiple hourly and shift schedules available
You MUST meet the following Requirements:
Applicants must have minimum of one year caregiving experience and pass a thorough background check.
Applicants must also have a valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle insurance and registration.

JOB DESCRIPTION
While each client and case has different needs, the following is an overview of all the possible functions of a caregiver or CNA:
â–ª Bathing: Stand by assistance or sponge bathing
â–ª Dressing/Grooming: Includes combing hair, brushing teeth, etc.
â–ª Transferring: Assistance in getting the Client from point A to point B
â–ª Toileting: Assisting the Client in the restroom
â–ª Medication Supervision: Caregivers are not allowed to administer medication (hand to mouth), however they are to remind the Client when to take medication.
▪ Exercises: Caregivers will need to assist and supervise exercises recommended by the Client’s doctor or physical therapist
â–ª Feeding: Remind and encourage Client to eat meals and/or snacks.
â–ª Meal Preparation/ Special Diet: Caregivers are to provide all meals during assigned shift at the Clients request.
â–ª Light Housekeeping: Caregivers are to provide vacuuming, dusting, mopping, dishes, starting and unloading dishwasher and bed changes. EXCEPTIONS: No window washing, gardening, wood cutting, car washing, painting and heavy household jobs.
â–ª Laundry: Washing, drying and folding of laundry
â–ª Marketing/Errands: Caregivers are there to assist the Client with errands such as grocery shopping, post office, etc. You also may be asked to do this without the Client.
â–ª Doctor Appointments: Assisting the Client to and from doctor appointments, getting the Client in and out of the car safely.
â–ª Companionship: Providing more than just care to the Client, but a sense of friendship as well.
▪ Driving: If the assignment requires driving the Client, you are required to submit the proper documentation including driver’s license, DMV printout, current registration, and insurance to the Staffing Manager.
â–ª Constant Supervision: Based on individual Client requirements, some Clients can not be left alone and require constant and full attention.
