As a Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ), you will: Provide personal care and selected housekeeping and therapy services to our
patients in their home
Assist with basic activities and daily living needs of patients 
In addition, a Certified Nursing Assistant:
Works with other highly skilled clinicians through a multi- or interdisciplinary
team approach.

 Qualifications • Current and active C.N.A. license
• Minimum of six months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Home Health experience a plus
