  LOCATION: El Cerrito Chamber of Commerce, 406 Colusa Avenue
  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS – You must meet these requirements to attend
  - CNA: 1 year of experience required
  - CHHA: 6 months of experience required
  - Caregivers 2 years experience required (in a facility, care home or verifiable private care)
  - ENGLISH IS MANDATORY – secondary languages a PLUS: Tagalog, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), Korean, Spanish, and all other languages.)
  IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU MUST BRING:
• California ID or Driver’s License, Social Security Card, certifications, references and Car Insurance, Vehicle Registration, and DMV record print out (if you drive)
• Please bring a check for your fingerprinting fee (we will be doing this onsite to expedite your application process)
• Proof of TB Testing within the last 365 days (we will provide you with a list of free locations to get TB testing if you do not have this, but it is a requirement for working for Divine Home Care)
