CNA Head- Shift Supervisor (Worcester, MA)

Dodge Park Rest Home is looking for experience head shift CNA-supervisor . The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience with dementia and Alzheimer's disease as well as holding an active CNA license for at least 3 years.
Previous management and supervision is a great plus. Previous experience in rest home, nursing home or assisted living facility preferred.
Must have the ability to control and supervise the work on other CNA and caregivers. Ensure proper training of all new hires as well as verify and certify skill abilities of all individuals assisting residents of the facility. Need to report directly to RP and/or floor manager and stay on top of all residents needs during the shift.
