We are a rapidly growing nursing college in the Sacramento area and currently in need of instructors for our
Nursing Assistant Training Program and our Vocational Nursing Program.
CNA Program:
RN or LVN with 2 years or more in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The applicant must also hold a
Director of Staff Development Certificate and be currently active and in good standing with either the BRN or
the BVNPT. (We will offer the DSD course to potential applicants).
Applicants must be approved by the California Department of Health before an employment offer can be extended
by the school.
VN Program:
RN/LVN with a degree and 5 years experience in either an Acute Care Setting or a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Have at least 3-5 years teaching experience
Completed a teaching course (principles of teaching).
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Currently active and in good standing with the BRN/or BVNPT
Applicants must be approved by the California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians
prior to being extended an offer to teach in the VN program.
