Requirements/Qualifications:
-Valid HHA Certificate or CNA Certificate.
-Two professional references.
-Two forms of identification. (Can be combination of the following; Passport, Permanent Residence Card, Employment Authorization Card, State ID, Drivers License, Social Security Card or Birth Certificate.
-All applicants must be over 18 years of age.
-All applicants will be expected to pass background check and drug screening .
