CNA/PCW Needed for Fun Individual (Franklin, Wisconsin)

Hello there,
I am a 45 year old disabled woman with Muscular Dystrophy, who resides in Franklin, WI. I am looking for a dedicated, RELIABLE, and trustworthy female to provide cares for me. I am looking for someone to pick me up from work, using my accessible van, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Those hours are from 3:30pm - 5:00/5:30pm, depending on if I have doctor appts., errands, etc. (it may run longer) I am also looking for someone to finish getting me dressed, use the bathroom, and drive me to work on Thursdays. Those hours are from 7:30am to 9:00am. The pay is $10/hour. I use a hoyer lift for transfers, so there is minimal/no lifting requirements. The job would also entail possibly throwing in a load of laundry, taking out the garbage, etc. (light housekeeping duties).
