Enhance the independence and wellbeing of the elderly through in-home, non medical services including companionship, housekeeping and personal care services according to a Plan of Care. Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, incontinence care, ambulation. Provide for a clean environment with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation. Incidental transportation for errands, medical appointments, social and recreational activities.
SERVICES IN: BAY VIEW, CUDAHY, WEST MILWAUKEE, SOUTH MILWAUKEE, ST. FRANCIS AND SE MILWAUKEE.
Requirements
Must be bondable and pass a background check
High School graduate or GED
CNA, HHA or Personal Care training preferred
At least one year relevant experience
Must have valid drivers license and reliable insured vehicle
Must have access to a computer to retrieve schedules, care plans and complete on-line training
Must be able to function in a home setting with minimal supervision
Must be compassionate, caring and respectful of clients
Must be dependable and show up on time every time for scheduled shifts
Older workers or semi-retired encouraged to apply!
Evening and weekend availability needed.
Live-ins - stay in client's home 1-4 days or overnight shifts desperately needed.

Compensation: Base Pay $10/hour, Double pay on holidays.
