Our requirements are:
You must be reliable, compassionate and friendly
Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record!!
Social Security card or Work Visa
Must have original copy of CNA or CHHA at time of application
Current copy of PPD and physical
Reliable transportation is mandatory
Auto insurance and registration are required
