We are in need of Independent Contractors to work as :
Independently contracted LIVE IN Caregivers & CNAs - RIVERSIDE/ REDLANDS/ BEAUMONT / BANNING Areas

Requirements:
1. Resume
2. Letter of Intent to become an Independent Contracted Caregiver/Provider
3. Copy of Current Live Scan/Background Check (no need if you are a CNA, but must show proof of CNA certification)
4. Copy of Driver License/State ID and Social Security card
5. Copy of Current TB test
6. First Aid & CPR certified-mandatory
7. CNA Certification IDs (if your are a CNA)
Must have a reliable transportation and years of experience in caregiving.
