We are looking for friendly, cheerful, dependable people to assist the elderly with non-medical in home care. Are you an experienced, reliable, compassionate mature adult who is interested in improving the life of our Seniors
Responsibilities will include personal care, light housework, meal preparation, shopping and running errands, companionship, incontinence care, dementia care, transfers, ADL's and other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care for elderly or disabled, have flexible availability to work any day of the week including weekends, be willing and able to learn, possess a desire to provide a high level of customer service
REQUIREMENTS
-CAREGIVER or CNA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ( 6 months) Hospice, Hoyer Lift and Dementia Care training a plus.
-DOJ Background Check, Neg TB Test, Drug Test, Clean DMV Record and References required.
-Must have CDL, reliable transportation and car insurance.
-Demonstrate Professionalism in the workplace
-Good communication skills. Must be able to read and speak fluent english
-Good customer service skills
-Must be able to cook
-Team Player
-Ability to follow directions and adhere to policy and procedures
-Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
-Two past employer references and 3 personal/business references with phone numbers and addresses.
