CNA/PCA for active C6 SCI quadriplegic actor (Highland Beach)

I am a 56 year old C-6 spinal cord injured quadriplegic male actor. I'm looking for a personal care attendant for the mornings on weekends for two hours each day. Some extra days may be available in the future. I occasionally may have need for some evening assistance.
My mornings begin at 6:30 AM during the week and around 7:30 on weekends. Flexibility would be great. I am a very positive, outgoing, and friendly person and am looking for someone to help me start the day that way. My routine is pretty basic but I like to make it as fast as possible and fun. It's very important that you are quite competent, possess solid care giving and homemaking skills, and understand how to "pivot transfer". Experience working with quads would be a big plus. Ideally, you live within 10 miles of Highland Beach where I reside. Dependability, teamwork, initiative, and trust are critical.
My evening need is only for one hour. I usually crash around 10 pm and my routine takes only 20 minutes. It involves assistance with cathing and transferring to bed. I have no nights available presently.
The pay range is between $15 and $17 to start depending on experience. Increases based on performance. I'm looking for a really good team player who takes the initiative to do things without being asked and who makes my process even better. I expect to see my caregivers learn and merit pay increases.
