REQUIREMENTS:
• Compassion and dependability
• A desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to pass extensive criminal, sex offenders' and MVR background checks
• GED or High School Diploma (Required)
• Valid Driver's License,
• Current CPR card (Preferred)
• Provide a recent negative 2-Step PPD (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR)
• Submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test
MUST HAVE A CAR. Must have valid registraion and proof of auto insurance.
• Help @ Home, provides a variety of services, including but not limited to light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, incidental transportation to store, doctors, assistance with bathing, incontinence care, dressing, grooming and toileting, personal hygiene, and general companionship designed to keep the client engaged in everyday activities.
• We deliver non-medical home health services while providing superior customer service and quality care to every client we serve. We are committed to helping each client maintain or extend their quality of life in the setting of their choice.
• Help @ Home is an EOE. Applicants must be a caring sensitive individual that speaks fluent English, (Bilingual a PLUS). Candidate must also be able to meet I-9 requirements, provide 2 work and 2 personal references, consent to and pass criminal and other background checks. You must have valid driver's license, a car with valid auto insurance, and a clean MVR history.
The candidate must be willing to submit to random drug testing. You must be able to work scheduled weekends and holidays. Major holidays are paid at time and one half.
