Elite Care Management is a recognized leader in home care services. With decades of experience, we specialize in spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and high acuity patients.
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced C.N.A. for spinal cord injured patient.
Shifts available: Friday, Saturday & Sunday: day shifts; Part time nights available as well.
Qualified Candidates must:
*Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
*Provide 2 Reference Letters
*Have a social security card
*Have a current nursing license in the state of IL
*Have a current CPR card
*Have TB within last 3 months upon hire
