CNA - Home Care - Adult (Charlotte)

Mission Medstaff is seeking qualified home care CNA for an Adult patient in Charlotte, NC (28269) to provide care for a very nice female client. The hours available are Wed 8am -noon , Sat - 8am -noon , Sun 6am -10am. Please read the following for required skills. Qualifications/Duties

â–ª Must have current NC CNA license and in good standing, copy of TB test, current cpr, valid state identification

â–ª Must have at least 1 year experience clinical or home care.

â–ª Conduct age appropriate physical assessment and growth and development evaluation

â–ª In conjunction with the physician and other providers of care will develop an age appropriate, culturally sensitive Plan of Care

â–ª Maintain appropriate documentation as required by agency policy

â–ª Maintain the dignity and confidentiality of the patient; serve as a patient advocate
