Synergy HomeCare of East King County is looking for mature and reliable C.N.A.s and N.A.R's who have experience working with seniors in need of in home care.We are looking for caregivers who live in or very close to the Renton, Issaquah & Sammamish Wa. Areas. We need part time and full time caregivers who are willing to work short and long shifts on weekdays and/or weekends. 24 hour and overnight shifts are also available. INDIVIDUALS WITH EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH CHALLENGING BEHAVIORS RELATED TO DEMENTIA IS HUGE! Flexibility with availability,RELIABLE transportation as you will be working in the community and the ability to speak fluent English is a MUST.
Our caregivers are also responsible for companionship (conversation, planning activities, medication reminders, maintaining a safe environment, hospital sitting, etc.), homemaker activities (light housekeeping, grocery shopping, running errands, meal preparation, etc.), and personal care (bathing, grooming, lifting, etc.).
Position Requirements:
Must have Certification in C.N.A or N.A.R, CPR, First Aid and current TB test (or be able to obtain after hire), RELIABLE transportation, work references, pass a criminal background check, valid driver's license and maintain current automobile insurance and the ability to speak English fluently.
