Home Health Aides must provide the following documentation:

• HHA/CNA Certification and/or experience
• CPR, HIV, Health Statement and Alzheimer Certification (not required but a plus!)
• Valid driver license
• Own vehicle w/proof of car insurance
• Clean background and driving record (background screening will be done upon hire)

• Basic computer skills
• Open/flexible availability
• Works well as a team
• Upbeat positive attitude
• Professional appearance
