“24-hour, on on-call support from LivHOME Care Manager with education and expertise in nursing and/or social work *Pay-Rate $9-11 per hour
“Requirements” *A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR PAID, PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE *High school diploma or equivalent required *A demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement *Ability to demonstrate basic competency in all areas required by LivHOME policy and applicable state laws *Ability to work in a team environment required *Excellent written and verbal communication skills required *Willingness to undergo comprehensive background check and oral drug screening *Vehicle ownership with auto insurance, to transport clients to necessary appointments, is preferred *Patient transfer experience preferred
