Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's): Provides basic physical care and comfort measures and assistance with activities of daily living.
General Household Chores:
1. Assist in cleaning of bathroom / kitchen.
2. Assist in bed making / changing of linens.
3. Assist with client's laundry.
4. Assist in dusting / vacuuming.
Nutritional Support:
1. Assist in grocery shopping for client as needed.
2. Assist with meal preparation & feeding.
Bath & Grooming Assistance:
1. Assist with bathing & showering.
2. Assist with grooming.
3. Assist with oral hygiene.
Bladder & Bowel Assistance:
1. Offers bed pan and urinal assistance.
2. Assistance with bowel movement cleansing.
Community Access:
1. Escort to and from appointments / errands.
2. Escort to recreational events & outings.
3. NEVER allowed to transport (i.e. drive) clients.
