Home Healthcare Provider/CNA Wanted (Naalehu, HI)

Looking for a Home Healthcare Provider or CNA to help care for a patient with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). The patient is under hospice care now, and gets bathed by them every Monday and Friday. The care provided would be in the patients home, and ideally would require the provider to live in 4 days a week, but a 12 hour shift from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. could be a possibility. The days needed are Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.
Duties to be performed would include, but are not limited to: Administering medications through G-Tube, Jevity feedings through G-Tube, meal preparation, range of motion, companionship, changing television channels, checking vitals, help with urination and getting patient to the toilet, reordering medication, brushing teeth, laundry, maintaining overall health and wellness.
Compensation will be hourly, paid weekly, and will be based on qualifications and experience.
