Hours are Sun, Mon, Tue 730am-515pm and Wed 730am-1230pm
• Requirements prior to hire:
• Current CNA
• Current CPR/First Aid
• 2-Step TB
• Fundamentals of Caregiving
• Dementia Specialty Training (can obtain after hired)
• Mental Health Training (can obtain after hired)
• HIV Training
• Nurse Delegation
• Food Handler's Card
• Criminal Background Check
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to Speak/Read/Write English
