We are seeking compassionate skilled CNA and Caregivers in the West and Central Los Angeles area for a fast growing home care company. We service Los Angeles, West LA, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Hancock Park, Culver City, Marina Del Rey, Los Feliz, Burbank and the surrounding areas. Our company is well known with over 300 offices in the U.S.A.
24 hour live-in and Hourly positions available now. Weekdays and Weekends. Someone available to work any day during the week will be given priority. Full and Part time jobs.
Caregiver/CNA Job duties Include:
• Non-medical, in-home care and assistance to seniors and disabled adults
• Hygiene Assistance -- Bathing, Grooming, Toileting and Dressing
• Meal Preparation and cleanup / Diet Monitoring
• Medication Reminders
• Light Housekeeping / Laundry/ Linen Changes
• Ambulation / Mobility Assistance
• Transportation, Errands and Shopping
• Companionship and friendship for seniors and other clients
Requirements
• A strong sense of responsibility and cheerful personality / Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A positive and dependable attitude
• Ability to work in a personal, one-on-one care environment
• 2+ years of hands on experience, either in a private home or facility
• High school/GED
• Current TB Test results
• Valid California Driver's License
• Reliable car and proof of current car insurance
• Verifiable references from the facilities you have worked for in the past with supervisor names and phone numbers
• Verifiable references from the clients or a family member with phone numbers
• Current certification as a CNA or HHA is not required, but is a plus
• Alzheimer's or dementia experience is a plus
• Ability to pass Criminal, DMV, Sexual Predator background checks required
