IMMEDIATE OPENING in a Residential Care Home for the Elderly. Unique opportunity for experienced, patient, loving, mature, reliable individual who strives for excellence and wants to join a team of exceptional caregivers who assist six very nice ladies with ADL's, med administration, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and activities while also providing sincere one-on-one and group socializing and interaction. Must be detail-oriented, responsible, self-starter, able to think and respond quickly (especially in emergency situations), communicate and listen effectively, multi-task, cook/bake with ease and efficiency, plus be willing and able to fill in occasionally for other staff when needed. I am looking for a true team player. Must have reliable transportation - especially in inclement weather. Negative Manitou. Background check. Drug Screening. No Benefits. Hours 2p-10p. Location: Eden Prairie
Compensation: $11/hour while in training; $13/hour thereafter
