Elite Care Management is a recognized leader in home care services. With decades of experience, we specialize in spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and high acuity patients.
We are currently seeking RN’s with spinal cord injury experience and C.N.A.‘s.
RN shifts are 7am -7pm
C.N.A. shifts are 11am – 4pm; job duties are to assist with transfers, dressing, laundry and minor housekeeping duties.
Qualified Candidates must:
*Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
*Provide 2 Reference Letters
*Have a social security card
*Have a current nursing license in the state of IL
*Have a current CPR card
*Have TB within last 3 months upon hire
