Our office is in the Metro Broker office suite.
Applicant Requirements (ALL applicants MUST meet the following criteria) please do not respond to this ad if you do not meet ALL of these:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Cannot be QMAP certified
• Current CNA Credentials
• Current driver’s license
• Current TB test
• Reliable transportation
• Caring and compassionate
• High school diploma or GED
• No criminal history
• English speaking (conversationally VERY fluent)
Interview Requirements (ALL applicants MUST bring copies of the following to the interview). We cannot interview you if you do not bring COPIES of the following documents with you:
• Completed Application (you will receive an application upon request, following the instructions below)
• Current CNA License
• Current Driver’s License
• Current Car Insurance
• Social Security Card
• Resume
• Results from most recent TB Test
