Part-Time CNA wanted (Smithfield, RI)

Part Time position available for a licensed CNA at nursing/retirement home in Smithfield, RI.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Receives and gives report to management on resident status at the beginning and end of each shift and as needed.
- Provides personal care to residents per their individualized plan of care.
- Documents all pertinent information regarding care as assigned.
- Assists residents to and from the dining areas and with feeding of meals.
- Assists residents with toileting.
- Notifies the management of any changes in resident physical and/or mental status.
Hours are weekdays/weekends 5:00-9:00PMPlease do not call regarding this position/post
