CNA / CAREGIVER (Rio Rancho,NM)

Must be caring compassionate team player who is interested in providing the best care possible to our residents. Must have good communication skills. Must have basic knowledge of using computer. Must be able to pass federal background check and drug test. Must have experience as caregiver in nursing home or assisted living home setting.
Must be willing to do on call work for other staff members in order to maintain our staff to resident ratio, and to allow our great staff the time off they need, in return the same will be done for you ( this is as needed days as on call will be set up by your supervisor). Some holidays required
Direct caregiver will be responsible for safety and well being of residents, all activities in daily living, medication assistance, activities with residents, housekeeping, and some meal preparation. Will also be responsible for accurate reporting of notes, adl's, vitals, nightly checks, and mars on computer. Will be responsible for reading, understanding, and following care plans. Need to be able to communicate well with residents and other staff, be able to report any issues with residents to proper management or nurse.
Position open is: Saturdays,Sundays and Mondays from 7am-7pm (12 hrs Shifts)
