CARING COMPANIONS of Maryland is looking for CNA/GNA Caregivers in Harford, Howard, Montgomery and Baltimore Counties to provide high quality and skilled non-medical personal care and companionship for the elderly. We offer full-time, part-time, live-in and flexible schedules. Ability to work weekends a plus. Positions are available for both male and female Caregivers. Must be able to lift and transfer patients. Dementia/Alzheimer's experience a plus.
Caring Companions of Maryland is currently looking for responsible, respectful, committed, hardworking caring and compassionate individuals to help our Clients with many aspects of daily living. Some of these include:
COMPANIONSHIP: Assistance with social and entertaining activities.
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES: Assist Clients with the 6 basic ADLs - eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring (walking) and continence.
MEAL PREPARATION: Grocery shopping and meal preparation.
LAUNDRY: Washing, drying, and folding clothes.
LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING: Keeping home tidy and clean as needed.
TRANSPORTATION: Safely taking Clients to appointments and/or errands as needed.

The following are MUST HAVES for potential Caring Companion Caregivers:
Experience working as a Caregiver. Students in medical/nursing fields are encouraged to apply.
Possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, proof of Insurance and a clean background and driving record. Ability to provide two forms of identification including a social security card.
