We are seeking licensed Certified Nursing Assistants for short shifts (minimum of three hours) and long hour shifts in the Denver Metro area.
Position Summary:
Provides companionship and necessary assistance with personal care services.
Position Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in State of Colorado.
• CNA experience and home care experience preferred.
• Ability to safely drive a car; have reliable transportation, current driver’s license and car insurance.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
• Good interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. Ability to read and write in English.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Physical ability to lift and transfer clients.
  Performance Responsibilities:
• Assists with personal care activities including, but not limited to: baths, oral hygiene, skin care and foot care, grooming of hair (shampooing and combing), shaving and ordinary care of nails, toileting, catheter and ostomy care, transferring, dressing and undressing, ambulation, medication assistance.
• Assists with household tasks necessary to the client’s health care needs including, but not limited to: planning and preparing nutritious meals, assisting in feeding client, light housekeeping of client’s environment including linens and making bed, laundry of client’s clothing and bedding, shopping and other household duties as may be required.
• Provides transportation to physician visits and other activities following agency policies.
• Measures and records vital signs as instructed. Uses equipment and supplies safely. Assists in range of motion and other procedures as instructed by any professional staff. Maintain a written log with receipts of all client money used to purchase goods or materials for the client’s care. Reports any changes in client’s condition to the supervisor. Documents care provided consistent with agency requirements. Performs other duties as requested.
