Looking for EXCEPTIONAL CAREGIVERS to join our team! This is a rewarding opportunity to care for our aging community as a caregiver for FirstLight Home Care.
ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE/Immediate Need for Caregivers for 1st /2nd/3rd Shifts. Selected candidates can earn highly competitive wages based on experience and skill. FirstLight Home Care provides a positive and supportive environment based on outstanding client care and education as well as proactive team leadership in areas of community outreach and continued education and development. FirstLight Home Care provides quality in home (or in Independent/Assisted Living facilities) personal and companion care where caregivers can enjoy flexible full time or part time hours based on individual availability with local territories and clients tailored to you.
Successful applicants will have a minimum of 1-2 yrs experience, be certified/state tested nurse assistant and/or possess undeniable integrity as well as good communication skills and the desire to care for our community. Applicants should understand our excellent culture of care standards as well as strive for overall health and wellness for themselves and our clients.
Our caregivers are direct employees of FirstLight Home Care and we conduct national background checks as well as drug screens. Proof of Driver's License/Insurance is required.
