Chesapeake Medical Staffing is currently hiring qualified Certified Nursing Assistants for a modern private hospital in the Rockville Area. You must have all of the documents listed below:
Professional License/Cert & Verification
Current CPR for the healthcare provider-must be American Heart Association
2 Professional References
PPD or Survey and Chest X-Ray <-- we can administer a PPD ($10 administration fee) if you have not had one recently
Titers: Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps, Varicella <-- we can draw your blood for the titers and send to a lab if you do not have a record of these ($50 fee)
Hep B Titer or Declination
Flu Vaccine or Declination <-- this is a seasonal requirement, usually required Sept 1 - Apr 30 each year
Statement of Good Health/Physical
Copy of identifications <-- 2 legal forms of ID required (Driver's License, Social Security Card, birth Certificate and/or Passport)
Negative Background Check
