LPN/Caregivers/CNA (Worcester, MA)

A very well know facility in Boston, MA area (we are about 40 minutes west of Boston MA ) is looking for exp:
1)LPN for shift supervisor
2)CNA/Caregivers aides for the nursing department.
Both position must have at least 1 year of experience with the frails and the elderly and those diagnosed with dementia. Our facility is cater for the frails elderly and those diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementia. Must have the ability to redirect residents, help with ADL, and understanding the dementia process and how assist those frail residents.
Each shift is 8 hours shift. All positions are FULL TIME. We are looking for employees for all shifts. Currently we have 1 opening per shift (for either LPN or CNA).
Our facility os not a nursing home. By definition the facility is defineas a Rest Home (Nursing Home Level IV), and this level of care is more compatible with residential care facility in Arizona.
Must have a clean CORI (criminal background) and in good physical health. Update TB as well as physical from current physician within the last year is a must.
