We are a fast growing non-medical home health care company located in western Wayne County; we are seeking an individual to learn our operations and grow into a management position within our company. The candidate we are seeking must be positive, outgoing, dependable, able to multi-task, work well with others, and be goal driven. We will provide training, support and patience. The individual we hire to fill this position will have the following responsibilities:
• Managing and training field employees. (C.N.A's, M.A.'s, and H.H.A's)
• Work with our R.N. to visit and assess new clients.
• Work with our R.N. to develop, implement, and manage the client care plan.
• Employee scheduling and employee recruitment.
• Training employees on client personal care.
• Clerical support
