The Northeast Arc is an organization dedicated to providing lifelong, individualized support to people with, or at risk of developing disabilities, and their families, ensuring opportunities to choose and realize their goals of where and how they learn, live, work, socialize and play. Job Duties:
We are looking for people to teach, to support and to facilitate choices for people with developmental disabilities in their homes and within their communities. Must be comfortable with providing personal care (i.e. bathing, feeding, toileting) and providing other daily living skill support.Requirements:
Must be reliable and dependable with both the care you give as well as attendance.
Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities a plus but not necessary.
Valid driver’ license and dependable car necessary.
HS Diploma or GED.
CPR, First Aid, MAP Certified preferred but will train the right person(s).Benefits:

Two 20 hour part time positions are available or can be combined into one full time position.
Assisting individuals with ADL’s and other life skills. Flexible work schedule.
